We check it daily and reply within 48 hours, usually sooner. There is no ticketing system or auto-response queue. When you email, a person reads it and writes back. If you have a project question, a commission request, a workshop booking, or just want to share a photo of something you made using one of our tutorials, this is the right address.
Project Questions
Stuck on a step in one of our tutorials? The most useful thing to include is which project you are working on, which step you are on, and what happened versus what you expected. Photos are incredibly helpful here — even a blurry phone shot of the problem area usually tells us more than a paragraph of description.
We keep a running notes document on tutorial corrections and common stumbling points. If your question reveals a gap in our instructions, we update the tutorial for the next person.
Kit Orders and Shipping
For questions about an existing kit order — tracking, contents, or a damaged shipment — include your order number in the email. For questions about kit availability or what a specific kit includes, the services page lists current kit contents. If a kit you want is out of stock, email and we will add you to the notification list for when it comes back.
We ship within the US and internationally. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. International orders vary by country; allow two to three weeks for most destinations.
Custom Commissions
If you want something made for a specific occasion — a wall hanging for a new home, stamped napkins for a wedding, a gift set for someone who makes things — email with what you have in mind. A few words of description and a rough budget is enough to start the conversation. We take a limited number of commissions each month, so earlier enquiries have better lead-time options.
Turnaround is typically two to three weeks from order confirmation, with a rush option (one week) when timing allows.
Workshop Bookings
To join a workshop or book a private session for a group, email with the type of workshop you are interested in and how many people are in your group. We announce upcoming public sessions to the email list first. If you would like to be on that list, say so in your message and we will add you.
Private workshops are available for groups of six or more. We do these for hen parties, birthday gatherings, and corporate creative days. We can come to a venue you have booked, or host at our studio space depending on group size.
Collaboration and Press
If you are a brand with products that would genuinely suit our audience — quality craft supplies, studio tools, materials we might actually use and recommend — we are open to hearing about it. If you are writing about handmade crafts, Etsy selling, or creative businesses and would like to speak with us, same address.
We do not accept paid placements or affiliate partnerships for things we have not tested ourselves. That policy is not negotiable.
Just Sharing Something You Made
Honestly, this is one of our favourite kinds of email. If you followed one of our tutorials and made something, send us a photo. We do not post things without asking, but we do keep a file of finished-project photos and look at it more often than you might think.
